Sendsory® offers a specialised therapeutic curriculum, GROW, designed by our Curriculum Lead to ensure it meets the individual needs of every child. The curriculum supports children to regulate emotions, build resilience and enhance communication and social skills. It is delivered through sessions at our dedicated hub located in Stowmarket, Suffolk and includes a wide range of enriching activities such as Art, Life Skills, Music, Physical Education, Play, Science and Sensory Exploration. We also provide Forest School, breakfast or lunch as part of our nurturing provision and access to Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Holistic Therapies. To support progress, we use our own bespoke Resilience Tracker to monitor each child’s resilience and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Our Outreach Service is for children who benefit from learning and developing skills within the community. With a strong focus on sports and life skills, these sessions provide meaningful, real-world experiences that support personal growth and independence. Referrals for our outreach provision are on a 2:1 staffing basis. All activities, snacks, drinks and transport are included as part of the service.

Sendsory®'s Alternative Provision service is for children aged 4-11 with SEND, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, SPD and trauma. We support children who are out of education and awaiting specialist placement. The referral form can be found here or at the top of our page. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible, including any relevant details such as the child’s EHCP, to help us create the most suitable support plan.
